Three Bean Espresso
Eye opening! Many people believe that an espresso roast is, by definition, a dark and oily roast. We are not those people. We like complexity, great mouth feel, and smoothness from our espresso. So we keep the roast away from the “charcoal briquette” end of the scale, and in the zones where the maximum flavor is extracted from each of the ingredients. In a commercial espresso machine this produces zero bitterness espressos, lattes and americanos, even at the high coffee densities that these drinks produce. We also have customers who grind espresso beans for a regular coffee maker, because they like the complexity of the flavors. Also you will develop the night vision of a lemur, and the reflexes of a cat (over time, of course). Sustainably grown, fairly traded.
