HOTH is a blend of some of our favorite varietal coffee beans, roasted to a medium dark, when the beans are just showing a sheen of aromatic oils on the surface.
Some might call our blend a “roasters choice”, but we like “Heart of the Hollow”, because it is in our hollow where our heart resides.
