This estate coffee is grown with plants that naturally produce nitrogen and improve the quality of both the soil and the coffee crop, while providing habitat for native fauna. We take the beans into, but not completely through second crack, resulting in all of the origin citrus flavors being present, but a slight temperature boost also adds some of the chocolate undertones that makes this a beautifully perfectly balanced coffee.
