Aztec Gold Blend originates in the high altitudes of the Central American cordillera. These are SHB (strictly hard) beans, sustainably grown, fairly traded and some of the best of the high altitude Central American arabicas. We take a combination of these beans to a medium dark roast, accentuating toasty flavor and citrus highlights. This produces a cup with a sweet and tangy flavor with good acidity and body. If you like a smooth, medium roast with lots of flavor, this is it!
